CRYSTAL LAKE – Supporters of the Family Health Partnership Clinic gathered under a white tent Thursday evening to celebrate a new place to call home.

“This has really been a community response,” said Suzanne Hoban, executive director of Family Health Partnership Clinic. “We’ve built a real base of community support, and the community has really stepped forward and said this is a really important piece of life in McHenry County.”

The expansion celebration brought clinic staff members and community officials to the site of the future “Sage Center for Care.”
