Algonquin recycling event set for Oct. 8
ALGONQUIN – The village will hold a fall recycling drop-off event for residents on Oct. 8 at Presidential Park.
Proof of residency will be required at the time of drop-off.
Items that will be accepted for recycling include lawn furniture, large plastic toys, grills, clean metals, wood-based furniture, large cardboard boxes, clean wood, aluminum gutters and Styrofoam. Electronics eligible for recycling include computers, televisions and radios.
