• Emotional Intelligence, 8 to 11 a.m., Oct. 10: Organizations that apply emotional intelligence principles come out ahead in employee morale, creativity, energy and productivity. This Emotional Intelligence course features tapping into the power of emotions, improving team performance and showing how to manage negative emotions. Cost is $99. • Negotiating Basics, 9 a.m. to noon, Oct. 18: We use negotiation techniques almost every day. People might negotiate bedtime with our children or what movie we will see with our spouse.
