Three arrested at Woodstock home on gun, drug charges
WOODSTOCK – Three Woodstock residents with criminal backgrounds were arrested Thursday after authorities found guns and drugs in their home, the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office reported.
As part of an ongoing investigation into gang-related activity, authorities Thursday morning searched a home in the 9900 block of McConnell Road in unincorporated Woodstock and found a semi-automatic weapon, pistol, two revolvers, numerous round of ammunition, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia and 3.5 grams of cannabis in the search, the sheriff’s office said in a statement.
Animal control removed two pit bulls from the home, the statement said.
