Letters to the Editor

Tonight’s nightmare

To the Editor:

The Senate votes 91 out of 100 to send billions of your next month’s paycheck to people who hate us more than they did before. We send Egyptian Muslims billions to murder every Jew in the neighborhood. We apologize to Libyan Muslims who murder four Americans and ignore their families. Duh.

Where are the young people (Occupy Wall Street)? They’re waiting in line for the $600 iPhone drinking $5 coffee writing on their $700 iPad wearing $200 sneakers, and those are just the ones on welfare. See your future (youtube, “Crowder in Detroit”) and the financial cliff, then watch Greece and others succumb to Newton’s law. Lets dig up Ben Franklin (“those that sacrifice liberty for freedom deserve neither”) and ask him how we’re doing. Duh.

Folks, you’re not immune! Your neighbor’s foreclosure also is yours, and those guys are working 24/7 to ensure you owe your soul to the company store. Net worth drops 23 percent, food stamps up 50 percent and your CD interest? What’s a CD?

We reduce defense spending as the Chinese aircraft carrier hits the water. North Korea threatens invasion and Iran dreams of the mushroom over Israel, but the campaigning continues. Can you speak Chinese? They don’t have to invade us to take your home and belongings. They already own them along with your children’s children. Tonight’s nightmare, $21 trillion and counting. If your not scared, your duh!
