Konstantelos’ 4 TD runs carry Warriors
McHENRY – After Friday’s game, McHenry running back John Konstantelos did not sound like someone who had just led his team to a commanding victory.
Because the Warriors lost their previous three games, the senior was all business, even after scoring four rushing touchdowns in a 28-0 victory over Johnsburg in Fox Valley Conference crossover action.
“Obviously, we’re in do-or-die playoff mode right now,” Konstantelos said. “We’re looking to keep rolling, but we should have done a lot better than we did.”
