All-night bingo planned at Marian Central

WOODSTOCK – Marian Central Catholic High School’s Fathers Club will host an all-night bingo event Saturday at the school.

Proceeds will be used for capital improvements.

The school doors open at 5 p.m., and the bingo hall doors open at 6 p.m. The games begin at 7:30 p.m.

St. Margaret Mary Knights of Columbus will serve breakfast, which will cost $6, after the first session.

A $30 deposit reserves a seat and a 36-sheet set of bingo cards. Seating will be determined by the order the paid reservations are received. Reservations have priority seating until 6:30 p.m.

Reservation numbers will be handed out beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated after 6:30 p.m. on a first come, first serve basis.

Bingo supplies and food will be for sale. There also will be pull tabs and door prizes.

There will be two complete sessions with a guarantee of $4,000, plus special games.

There is a minimum charge of $30 for the entire evening, which includes 15 cards for each session. Additional cards are six for $5, as well as special games (one sheet of four for $1).

The event uses only daubers. Checks will not be accepted Saturday.

Before the bingo night, checks may be made payable to Marian Central Fathers’ Club and mailed to Marian Central Fathers Club, attn: Peggy Murwin, 1001 McHenry Ave., Woodstock, IL 60098.
