CRYSTAL LAKE — Free wellness lectures about ovarian cancer and foot pain will be offered at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Crystal Lake, 200 Congress Pkwy.

“Take Action Against Ovarian Cancer” will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 15. Dr. Leonard G. Hering, an obstetrician and gynecologist on staff at Centegra Physician Care, will speak about risks of ovarian cancer, symptoms and more.

“Tapping out Foot Problems” will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29. Dr. Matthew I. Samuelson, an independent orthopedic surgeon on staff at Centegra Health System, will provide information on foot pain and ways to ease and treat that pain.
