Sound fiscal management
To the Editor:
As an employee of two small businesses in McHenry County, I am very aware of the effect the economy has had on our small businesses. I also am aware of how important it is to have good leaders in place who know how to encourage responsible economic development during these difficult times.
I recently read an article about a report by the Department of Employment Security that showed McHenry County leading Illinois in job growth and reduction of unemployment this summer.
