Voter registration deadline arrives in Illinois
CHICAGO — The deadline to register to vote in the November presidential election has arrived.
Tuesday is the last day that those who are eligible can contact their local city, village, library or township office or the Illinois State Board of Elections to register to vote.
For Cook County residents, the clerk's office in downtown Chicago and five suburban offices will be open until 8 p.m. Tuesday.
