Highest integrity

To the Editor:

I have known Ken Koehler for more than 40 years and know him to be a very honest man of the highest integrity.

It bothers me to read editorials by people who are quick to believe rumors, but who haven’t taken the time to get to know him. I have watched for years as Koehler has helped bring many improvements to our county, such as sound, conservative financial practices and some very beneficial transportation improvements.

I will benefit greatly from the improvements at Route 176 and Walkup Road, and I look forward to seeing the completion of the Algonquin Bypass, the widening of Randall/Rakow Road and the full interchange at Route 47 and Interstate 90.

Bringing all of these important projects to their construction phase takes great collaboration between the county and local, state and federal agencies, and I appreciate how hard Koehler has worked to make them happen.
