Richmond Fall Fest Oct. 20

RICHMOND – Richmond Spring Grove Chamber of Commerce presents “Richmond Fall Fest” on Oct. 20.

During the day there will be breakfast, lunch and dinner specials, a pumpkin painting contest for the kids at Your Corner Nursery, a shop owners scarecrow contest, and carnival games run by Boy Scout Troop 349 in Memorial Hall.

Hay wagon rides will depart from Doyle’s Pub. The wagon rides are $2, or free with food pantry donation.

A shuttle bus at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. will take visitors from Tammy’s Pizza & Pasta to Richardson’s Adventure Farm Corn Maze with a discounted admission of $10 per person. From noon to 5 p.m., Howl at the Moon is hosting a psychic fair.

The Wine Walk will be from 2 to 5 p.m. The cost is $35 per person and features wines in 10 downtown locations. Tickets are being sold at the chamber, 815-675-7742.

The Richmond Spring Grove Rotary Club's street dance and beer tent will be from 5 to 10 p.m. The band Chicago Plush will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. Admission is $2 or a food pantry donation.
