Winter parking restrictions begin in Fox River Grove

FOX RIVER GROVE – The Village Board has enacted overnight parking restrictions that will run from Nov. 1 through March 31.

There will be no on-street parking allowed between 2 and 6 a.m. on any parkway or within six feet of the edge of any road within the village, except for the 900 block of Ski Hill Road, according to a news release.

Also, no parking will be allowed on any village street when there’s at least 2 inches of snow or ice. That restriction is in place for 12 hours after a snowfall ends.

People with questions should call Village Hall at 847-639-3170 or the police department at 847-639-2411.
