WOODSTOCK – Winston and Ann Rowley of Woodstock celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary Oct. 6 with a family gathering at their home. The event was hosted by their children.
Ann Albano and Winston Rowley were married Oct. 3, 1942. They first lived in Maywood after their marriage. The couple still lives in the house they built outside of Woodstock in 1970.
Wynn is a lifelong avid trap shooter, and Ann is a natural-born green thumb gardener.
They still enjoy being independent around the house and spending time outside in their yard.
They have a son, Stephen Rowley, and two daughters, Barbara Sanford and Susan Speaker.
They also have four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
