McHenry historical society plans talk on Civil War
McHENRY – The McHenry Area Historical Society will present a program about the Civil War, focusing on covert aspects of war, at 10 a.m. Saturday at McHenry Savings Bank, 353 Bank Drive.
The speaker will be Dick Stilling, a former McHenry resident and retired FBI agent. Stilling will bring a collection of Civil War artifacts.
