McHENRY – Three Lake County residents were arrested and about $34,000 in marijuana was seized after police say they observed a drug deal.

Following a tip,McHenry County sheriff's officers set up surveillance near Route 120 and Chapel Hill Road, near McHenry, and saw two vehicles, with the occupant of one carrying a bag of marijuana, according to a news release.

Arrested without incident were Max Barraza, 22, of 330 S. Litchfield Drive, Round Lake; Alexander De Los Santos, 39, of 521 N. Pine St., Waukegan; and Michelle B. Luzar, 26, of 25962 W. Marquette Drive, Ingleside.
