McHenry woman suspected of workers’ comp fraud
CHICAGO – A McHenry woman has been arrested and charged with defrauding several suburban employers out of nearly $90,000 in workers’ compensation payments, according to the Illinois Attorney General’s
Office.
Tracy Williams, 43, has been charged with workers’ compensation fraud, aggravated fraud, insurance fraud and perjury.
She remains in custody on a $90,000 bond.
