To the Editor:

I just wanted to say thank you and point out some of the generous businesses that helped make my father’s 25th USS Suwannee CVE 27 reunion a success. We had veterans from 99 years old to 87, and attending from the East to the West coasts. It was a success, with them enjoying a moving graduation ceremony at Great Lakes Naval Station, a memorial service accompanied by color guard and moving taps performance. These were topped off with a tour of Chicago and a banquet. All places were so accommodating and awesome. Just a thanks to all.
