CRYSTAL LAKE – A Crystal Lake man received a public nuisance citation in connection with an underage drinking party reportedly attended by 120 juveniles.

Brian Bianchi, 37, of 1748 Andover Lane, provided an environment that encouraged the delinquency of minors, Police Chief Dave Linder said. He added that Bianchi told a Crystal Lake police officer he was hosting the party for his son. No juveniles were charged.

“We don’t know if they’ve been drinking or not, but we know the environment is there for it,” Linder said.
