McHenry Parks to host Halloween Hoopla

The McHenry Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual Halloween Hoopla special event from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday (Oct. 29) at Duker School, 3711 W. Kane Ave.

Families are invited to dress in costumes and celebrate a safe indoor Halloween event.

The event will include music, dance contests, games and simple crafts. Prizes and candy will be given away for contests and carnival games.

The program is for families with children ages 2 to 10.

The cost is $5 per child at the door; adults may attend for free.
