To the Editor:

Before resigning, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald urged citizens to report wrongdoing or “you become part of the problem.” I reported wrongdoing to Sen. Dan Duffy whereby the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board and the Chicago Teachers Union act in concert to deprive teachers of their Supreme Court-mandated right to be fairly represented. Duffy told me he would get answers, but bailed out.

By deliberately avoiding controlling laws he, like many politicians, perpetuates the problem. By not filing lawsuits for teachers, unions save money for their selfish agendas. Rebuked by Duffy, I turned to the FBI and was told, “This case belongs in federal civil court.” I’m working on that, but Duffy should not be re-elected. Voting for him is to become “part of the problem.”
