I am writing this letter to convey my support for Nick Chirikos in the upcoming McHenry County Board election in District 1.
Nick has been a dear friend for more than 20 years. He spent many of those years involved in the environmental and recycling movement. Nick has been a dedicated volunteer in historic preservation. I have found Nick to be open-minded, principled and honest. He truly listens to people and their concerns.
