Band's drummer accused of child porn
EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. — A southwestern Illinois man who dresses as a clown while performing as a drummer for a rock band is facing federal charges he had inappropriate sexual relations with a minor and photographed it.
A federal grand jury in East St. Louis has indicted 31-year-old Martin Evanick of Collinsville on one felony count of producing child pornography.
Evanick is accused of convincing a minor to engage in sexual activity in April in Madison County, then photographing the child's genitals.
