Women’s health care

To the Editor:

Women’s reproductive and health care rights are under attack by state and national GOP legislators.

In the newly drawn Congressional District 14, Democratic candidate Dennis Anderson is challenging Rep. Randy Hultgren, an incumbent, but new to this area. Anderson spent his career as a leader for effective health care programs, including one for rural mammographies and another for chronic disease. He has served on the board of the International Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Anderson will bring modern, leading-edge health care perspectives to Congress based on extensive experience.
