To the Editor:

I am a lifelong resident of McHenry County. I am honored to write a recommendation for Mary Margaret Maule as a candidate for County Board District 4. I have known her since our children were in school together, more than 10 years now.

Maule is a community-focused, fiscally responsible candidate with an MBA from the College of William and Mary. As an example of fiscal responsibility, she will not be participating in the pension, the health care or the mileage reimbursement allowance granted to board members.
