Fans to see off Huntley football team

HUNTLEY – Supporters of the Huntley High School football team will line the route to Interstate 90 on Saturday as the team heads to the playoffs.

The team is expected to leave the high school at 3 p.m. in charter buses accompanied by a police escort, parent Sandra Fish said.

Team members’ parents intend for residents to line West Main Street to Route 47 heading toward the tollway – armed with signs and cheering the team on.

Huntley plays Fenwick High School starting at 7 p.m. at Morton West High School, 2400 Home Ave., Berwyn.
