Lake in the Hills fundraiser to aid woman battling breast cancer
LAKE IN THE HILLS – An Open House Breast Cancer Benefit for Chrissy Laramie will run from 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Labahn-Hain House, 149 Hilltop Drive.
Laramie recently was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, has undergone two surgeries and soon will start chemotherapy. As a result, her ability to work has been limited, according to a web page associated with the event.
All money raised will help the family with medical bills and expenses, with a portion of proceeds going to the Sherman Cancer Center.
