New trial date for 2011 killing
WOODSTOCK – A man accused of murdering a former court security officer has a new trial date.
Timothy S. Smith, 28, is charged with murder, pandering, obstruction of justice and pimping in connection with death of 48-year-old Kurt Milliman in May 2011.
Smith’s trial was scheduled for Nov. 26, but on Friday was continued to Feb. 25.
