Woodstock workshops to explore paying for college

WOODSTOCK – There will be two free community workshops – Nov. 8 and 29 – to teach parents of high school students about the opportunities to help finance their children’s college education.

The workshops will take parents through the intricacies of the College Funding System from FAFSA applications to reasons for increased college costs to strategies to help families save money.

The workshops will be at the Woodstock Public Library, 414 W. Judd St. The workshops are free to the public and will begin at 7 p.m.
