• Donnie N. Hermansen, 19, 578 Canterbury Lane, Pingree Grove, was charged Saturday, Sept. 1, with retail theft.
• A 15-year-old Algonquin girl was charged Saturday, Sept. 1, with underage drinking.
• Ian W. Loader, 31, 1320 White Chapel Lane, Algonquin, was charged Sunday, Sept. 2, with driving under the influence and speeding.
• Thomas H. Fabich, 27, 318 Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, Sept. 2, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence over the limit, disregarding a stop sign and driving without proof of insurance.
• Evaristo Ruiz-Perez, 39, 148 Berkshire Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Monday, Sept. 3, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence over the limit, speeding, improper lane use, driving in the wrong lane, following too closely and driving without proof of insurance.
• Michelle J. Swan, 38, 1541 Matthew Drive, Algonquin, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 4, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, improper lane use and driving in the wrong lane.
• Blake Kube, 25, 1354 Cunat Court, Apt. 3C, Lake in the Hills, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 5, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Timothy R. Hastings, 28, 535 Delaware Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged Thursday, Sept. 6, with harassment of a witness.
