VOLO – Lake County officials will not seek reimbursement for costs incurred while searching for a Volo woman and her two children, the state's attorney said.

Aneta Marsek, 33, was found with her two children vacationing in the Wisconsin Dells four days after being reported missing by her estranged husband, Dan Marsek, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.

There is no legal basis for seeking reimbursement, State's Attorney Michael Waller said Wednesday. No one lied to the police during the course of the investigation, he added.
