Island Lake crafts show set

ISLAND LAKE – More than 50 crafters will display their items at this year’s Holiday Arts & Crafts Faire. Doors are open for the 25th annual Island Lake crafts show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 17 and 18. The fair allows crafters to showcase and sell their soaps, jewelry, wood crafts and holiday decorations, among other handmade items.

The Island Lake Parks and Recreation Department sponsors the event at Village Hall, 3720 Greenleaf Ave., Island Lake.

The $1 admission covers a ticket toward a handmade craft. Proceeds go toward Island Lake Parks and Recreation programs.
