D-300 students raising money for storm victims

CARPENTERSVILLE – Jacobs High School students this week will be challenging themselves to raise money and provide disaster relief for victims of superstorm Sandy.

Students are being asked to donate spare lunch money and fill donation jars placed in every classroom. Each grade level in Jacobs is competing against the others to raise the most money.

The winning grade level gets to select any teacher to wear the Jacobs’ Golden Eagle mascot costume for a day.
