November is a busy month for chamber networkers. Tonight there is a mixer conducted by Marketing Connection Group I members at Artistic Embroidery. Expect great eats and networking.

On Nov. 13, Lavish Salon-Spa is hosting a progressive dinner with fellow businesses located at their new location on Ridgeview Drive. Visit Kim and Patty’s Café, Crossfit Fitness, Everyone’s Family Dentist, Mary’s Flowers and Lavish Salon-Spa while enjoying door prizes plus appetizers, drinks, dinner and desserts. Don’t miss this one! Remember you need to go to more than one mixer to develop trusted relationships. It does take time to become a referral-based business!

Our Referral Group III “Shop with a Cop” mixer at the VFW is Nov. 15. Always a good time for chamber members and their guests. There will be lots of items to bid on and some unusual raffles.

Last year Georgene Sergeant won dinner with the Chicago Bears, seats on the 50-yard line and a chance to visit the Bears in the locker room. Can’t beat this! The event starts at 5 p.m.

Our “How to Create Your 30 Second Commercial” event is at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 16 at the chamber office. It's a good activity for solid networkers.

On Nov. 19 is the next Men of Monday Night Football Party, which will be held at Windy City Wings. There will be contests, goodies to eat and of course The Bears! It starts at 5:30 p.m. And ladies should save the date for the next WINGs luncheon on Nov. 28.
