Castle Bank awards $5,000 to PADS homeless services
MCHENRY – Through its Community Reinvestment Grant, Castle Bank, a part of First National Bank of Omaha, has awarded $5,000 to McHenry County PADS homeless services, a program of Pioneer Center for Human Services.
More than 500 people in the community are assisted each year by PADS whose services are geared to address the root causes of homelessness and not just treat the symptoms.
“We are happy to help support our local partners in McHenry County. We remain focused on giving back to the communities we call home, and we hope this donation will help bring Pioneer Center one step closer to achieving their goals of supporting the homeless community,” said Brenda Bono, Castle Bank branch manager in Lake in the Hills.
