D-200 seeks applicants for school board seat

WOODSTOCK – District 200 is accepting applications to fill the void on the school board left by Sue Palmore, the board vice president who died last week.

Applications will be accepted until Nov. 19, with the candidates interviewed on the evening of Nov. 27. The board will announce Palmore’s successor at the Dec. 11 school board meeting.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, residents of Illinois and the school district for at least one year, and registered to vote.
