Charges filed in 2011 bank robbery
McHENRY – A man facing robbery charges in Wisconsin has been charged in an armed robbery in McHenry late last year, according to the McHenry Police Department.
Robert C. Lynn, 29, formerly of Burlington, Wis., was charged in the December 2011 robbery of Illinois State Bank in McHenry after investigators noticed similarities between it and a recent robbery in Elkhorn, according to a news release.
Lynn was in custody at the Kenosha County Jail in the Wisconsin case when he was charged in McHenry County.
