‘Food, Inc.’ film to be shown Friday at MCC
CRYSTAL LAKE – Community members are invited to the movie “Food, Inc.,” presented by Phi Theta Kappa student honor society Friday in the Luecht Conference Center at McHenry County College.
Healthy refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m. and the movie begins at 7 p.m. at the college, 8900 Route 14.
In “Food, Inc.,” filmmaker Robert Kenner explores where the food we buy in grocery stores really comes from, and what it means for the health of future generations.
