McHENRY – A McHenry man who authorities said confessed to sexually assaulting a child less than 13 years old remained in McHenry County Jail on Thursday.

Ryan J. Frazier, 31, of 5323 Meadow St., is charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, a Class X felony. He was arrested Wednesday.

On Tuesday, McHenry County Sheriff’s Office investigators received information from police in Twin Lakes, Wis., that a child reported being sexually abused by Frazier at Frazier’s home in an unincorporated area near McHenry.
