CRYSTAL LAKE – Home State Bank, 40 Grant St., Crystal Lake, will be handing out candy canes at the Festival of Lights Parade in downtown Crystal Lake at 7 p.m. Nov. 23. Ten larger candy canes will include a coupon redeemable at the bank for a gift card valued between $5 and $10. One grand prize candy cane will have a coupon attached to it that will be redeemable at the bank for a $200 gift card. 
The parade will kick-off at City Hall. Santa will arrive at the end of the parade in his horse-drawn sleigh to light the Downtown Christmas Tree and begin visits with children at his house in Brink Street Market.
