CRYSTAL LAKE – A 27-year-old man faces drug-related charges after a half-pound of pot was seized from his Crystal Lake apartment, according to authorities.

Dylan Beene, of the 1600 block of Carlemont Drive, has been charged with felony counts of possession of marijuana and unlawful manufacturing/delivery of cannabis. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers were called to the multi-tenant residential building Wednesday after receiving a complaint of a heavy smell of cannabis coming from inside, according to the Crystal Lake Police Department.
