HARVARD – A Mundelein man and two from Harvard were in the McHenry County Jail on Friday facing drug charges in an investigation into narcotics sales.

Arrested were Jovani Lucio, 22, of 203 Gross St., Mundelein; and Abel Aguilar, 21, and Rafael Aguilar Jr., both of of 305 University St., Harvard.

Authorities said the men were seen conducting a drug transaction in the 100 block of North Eastwood Drive in Woodstock. They were arrested Thursday as part of a joint effort between the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and agents from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s Rockford field office.
