Ignorance of majority
To the Editor:
The recent election demonstrates the ignorance of our voting majority. The president has no authority to raise or lower tax rates. All tax bills must originate in Congress, specifically the House of Representatives. So all of the voters who believe President Barack Obama has a mandate to raise taxes are wrong.
While you are doing this, you might want to look at the Constitution.
