Passages Hospice presents plaque to Bravehearts

Passages Hospice recently presented a plaque of appreciation to Bravehearts Therapeutic Riding Center in Harvard in gratitude of their work with hospice patients. Bravehearts is a contracted stable for Passages Hospice equine therapy, which helps hospice patients by providing joy, excitement and the opportunity to express themselves. Bravehearts Program Director Sarah Newland (left) accepted the plaque on behalf of the Riding Center from LPN Kim McCaslin of Passages Hospice.
