Fox Lake will kick off holiday season with tree lighting, parade
FOX LAKE – The holiday season in Fox Lake will begin with the flick of a switch Friday evening.
The annual tree-lighting ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Millennium Park with caroling led by the Stanton School and Grant Community High School choirs. Lights will go on at 7 p.m., with fireworks to follow.
A weekend of festivities will continue with the annual holiday parade, which will step off at 11 a.m. Saturday from Grant Community High School, 285 E. Grand Ave.
