Holiday fundraiser supports Marengo child
MARENGO – Residents have until Dec. 10 to partake in a holiday fundraiser designed to increase awareness about leukemia and support a Marengo family.
Friends of the Keller family, whose 4-year-old son has acute lymphoblastic leukemia, have been accepting orders for outdoor, decorative candy canes since Nov. 12.
The candy canes come with an orange ribbon meant to bring awareness about leukemia.
