• Trevor J. Ruck, 21, 111 Jefferson St., Unit 1G, Algonquin, was charged Sunday, Nov. 11, with illegal alcohol transportation and disorderly conduct.
• Janine T. Fessenden, 26, 446 Barbara Court, Marengo, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 11, with illegal alcohol transportation, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. Fessenden also was charged with a city ordinance violation for illegal possession of a weapon.
• Nathaniel A. Loudenbeck, 20, 606 E. Prairie St., was charged Friday, Nov. 2, with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession and operating a vehicle with expired registration.
• Kristin E. Ryberg, 19, 9334 Beaver Pond Court, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Nov. 1, with underage drinking, driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content of greater than 0.08 percent, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
• Maria N. Kalgan, 30, 624 E. Grant Highway, Apt. 101, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 24, with battery.
