To the Editor:

Our trade laws have allowed and even promoted our jobs to be exported to Communist China, where pollution and labor laws are not a factor. This financial hurricane has left victims on the shores of poverty and unemployment stripping them of home, educational funds, retirement and 401(k) policies, as well as self-respect. 

Now profiteers chant “freeloader and entitlement takers,” hoping to gain just a little more. I say these profiteers should be required to pay these castoffs full pay, and this injustice would be swiftly rectified and the American dream resurrected.
