CRYSTAL LAKE – Charter Fitness is hosting its sixth annual toy drive through Dec. 21. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at any participating Charter Fitness location and will benefit local families by being donated to organizations such as Toys for Tots, The Salvation Army and Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital.

Charter Fitness is located at 6308 Northwest Hwy., Crystal Lake.

Both members and nonmembers are encouraged to donate to the toy drive. "Last year we collected over 5,000 toys for children in need. We’d like to top that this year and help even more kids have the best holiday possible," said Dan Collins, director of sales.
