New trial date for Woodstock woman involved in murder

WOODSTOCK – The trial has been continued to March 11 for a Woodstock woman charged with prostitution in connection with the death of a former court security officer.

Charges against Kimberly A. Smith, 30, also include obstruction of justice and false report of an offense in connection with the shooting in May 2011 that left Kurt Milliman dead.

Smith had been scheduled to go to trial Monday, but her attorney, Mark Facchini, is still awaiting additional documents and recordings, according to his motion to continue.
